HMKW University of Applied Sciences for Media, Communication and Management is a private, state-certified university with institutional accreditation by the German Council of Science and Humanities. The university is active at three locations across
Germany: in Berlin, Cologne and in Frankfurt/Main. The seven study programs mentioned above are taught in English at HMKW Berlin, taught in English or German at HMKW Frankfurt and taught in German at HMKW Cologne (Köln).
