Founded on October 26, 1860, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași (UAIC) opened the modern stage of national higher education in Romania, polarizing the intellectual forces in all Romanian provinces, thus making possible the assertion and development of an internationally renowned academic community. Today, the university has 15 Faculties (with 89 undergraduate and 123 master’s degree programs), 14 Doctoral Schools (with 28 doctoral and postdoctoral fields), over 24,000 students and collaborates with more than 663 universities in 75 countries. Through unique initiatives to stimulate research performance, to encourage an interactive and creative teaching model and to attract the most valuable young people in academic life, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași is committed to excellence in any activity. EU students: 800 – 1200 Euro/year.
Non-EU students: 2000 -3600 Euro/year.
